These bobbins are modeled after some made in the late 1800's with a slightly longer neck to allow for more thread. The Bucks Thumper bobbins are approximately 3.5" (89 mm) in length and 1/2" (12mm) in diameter. They are available in a variety of woods and Corian counter top material. Here are samples of this unique bobbin style.
