Return policy:
Bobbins are hand turned for each order. Items found to be defective may be returned for replacement or credit towards other items within 30 days of receipt.
Shipping policy
Because of the wide selection of bobbin styles and woods we do not keep a complete inventory of bobbins in stock but turn the bobbins for each order individually. Depending on the number of orders received at any one time there may be a backlog of orders to process. Since some materials are rare they may not always be in stock and must be ordered before your order may be processed. Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for items to be delivered. We will notify you if your order will be delayed longer than 8 weeks. If you must receive your order by a certain date please let us know and we will do our best to ensure that you receive it on time.
